Following our Strategies Xchange conference in September of 2019 we launched the Strategies Xchange Network aka XchangeNet.

XchangeNet was established as a virtual community of practice focused on strengthening Virginia’s talent pipeline through local and regional partnerships. XchangeNet was envisioned to be an opportunity for collaboration across the vast rural, suburban, and urban areas of the Commonwealth without costly travel and time away from the work itself.

Today, XchangeNet is an opportunity for business and educational leaders to virtually connect and discuss emerging issues, best practices, and engage with a community of stakeholders on innovative strategies to strengthen and grow the talent pipeline. and support work-based learning initiatives. 

Wednesday, November 30 from 3:30 PM to 4:45 PM.

We are hosting a panel discussion in late November with Virginia Energy Workforce Consortium and the Virginia Department of Education! Join us for this informative panel with business and industry leaders / experts to discuss ideas and strategies to on how educators and business leaders can partner to promote students’ success in energy-centered careers.

We encourage you to share the date and registration information with members of your community who have a vested interest in talent pipeline development and workforce alignment. Registration and participation in all XchangeNet events is free of charge.
